  1. Ready position, announce kata
  2. Downward block to Left, 90°
  3. Step-in punch
  4. Downward block, clockwise 180° behind
  5. Stationery bottom fist strike to collarbone (leg and fist together)
  6. Step-in punch
  7. Downward block to Left, 90°
  8. Moving forward, rising block
  9. Rising block
  10. Rising block with kiai
  11. Downward block, counter-clockwise 270°
  12. Step-in punch
  13. Downward block, clockwise 180° behind
  14. Step-in punch
  15. Downward block to left, 90°
  16. Step-in punch
  17. Step-in punch
  18. Step-in punch with kiai
  19. Back stance knife hand block, counter-clockwise 270°
  20. Back stance knife hand block, to left 45°
  21. Back stance knife hand block, clockwise 225°
  22. Back stance knife hand block, to left 45°
